JULY "prayer-starters" DAY 7

Ephesians 4:11-13—And He gave some (to be), •Apostles; and some, •Prophets; and some, •Evangelists; and some, •Pastors and •Teachers; •for the perfecting of the saints, •for the work of the ministry (for the knitting together of the saints, each for their own place in servant-hood ministry), •for the edifying of the Body of Christ (for the building up of the Body of Christ): till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God unto a perfect man (moving toward each of us becoming complete), unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (for the fulfilling in each one for our own particular purpose in the Body of Christ).

Ephesians 3:17-19
DAY 7—The Risen Lord Jesus Christ appointed five distinct ministries to lead His Body—the Church—into its fullness. The following Scripture from Ephesians 4 names the five Ascension Gift Ministries appointed by the Lord Jesus from His Throne in heaven for the purpose of leading His Body into its fullness. This passage carries a profound weight of importance in leading believers into the fullness that is ours in Christ. We will spend several days with this Scripture as it leads us in praying this month about the *fullness. The bullets indicate the points we will take for some of our day to day praying. DEAR LORD, I praise You for the ministries You have given to Your Body. Please cause these I name, who stand in appointed ministries, to live and move under the anointing of Your Spirit. These are some of the ones I know who have been given to the Church. Please anoint them to lead Your Body with wisdom, grace, understanding, and under the power of Your Spirit.
